Process & Engagement
New clients begin by completing a brief, secure intake questionnaire and identifying their tax documents. I will review your information and give you a written fee estimate along with our Services Agreement. If everything looks good, just sign where indicated, and we will get to work on your returns.
You will receive access to a secure client portal where you can upload documents, communicate with me, and sign forms electronically. You can also provide your documents in person; in that case, they will be scanned into our system and returned to you.
Most returns are completed within 5–10 business days after all documents are received. Complex, multi-state, and business tax returns may require additional time.
